Ingredients:
Prepare Chocolate Sauce
-Milk chocolate 200g
-Olper’s cream 200ml
-Olper’s Milk 4 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
Prepare Chocolate Cake
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
-Cocoa powder ⅓ Cup
-Baking powder 1 tsp
-Baking soda ¼ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp
-Bareek Cheeni (Caster sugar) ¾ Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Olper’s Milk ½ Cup
-Cooking oil ½ Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Direction:
Prepare Chocolate Cake
-Place sifter on a bowl, add all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, pink salt, sift well.
-Add caster sugar, mix well, the Chocolate cake mix is ready! set aside.
-In a bowl, add eggs, milk, cooking oil, vanilla essence, beat well for 3-4 minutes.
-Add prepared cake mix, beat well for 2 minutes or until well-combined.
-Pour chocolate cake batter in a baking tray (13x9 inches), greased & lined with baking paper, tap few times.
-Place it in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 C.
-Take it out & let it cool.
-Transfer cake on a cutting board & cut into small cubes. (cake is enough for 6 servings)
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month in freezer.
Prepare Chocolate Sauce
-In a bowl, add milk chocolate, cream & microwave for 60 seconds, check in between, mix well.
-Add milk, cooking oil, mix well. Set aside. (chocolate sauce is enough for 4 servings)
Assembling:
-In a serving bowl, add layer of chocolate cake cubes then pour chocolate sauce, repeat steps again & serve!

-Sifter ko bowl par rakh kar all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda aur pink salt dalein, achi tarah sift kar lein.
-Caster sugar dalein aur mix kar lein, chocolate cake mix ready hai, side par rakh den.
-Ek bowl mein eggs, milk, cooking oil aur vanilla essence dalein, 3-4 minutes tak beat kar lein.
-Ab tayyar ki hui cake mix dalein aur 2 minutes tak ya achi tarah combine hone tak beat kar lein.
-Chocolate cake batter ko 13x9 inch ki greased aur baking paper se lined tray mein dalein, tray ko halki si tap kar lein.
-Preheated oven mein 180°C par 15 minutes ke liye bake kar lein.
-Nikaal kar thanda hone den.
-Cake ko cutting board par transfer karke chote cubes mein cut kar lein. (Yeh cake 6 servings ke liye kafi hai.)
-Airtight container mein daal kar freezer mein 1 mahine tak store kiya ja sakta hai.
Prepare Chocolate Sauce
-Ek bowl mein milk chocolate aur cream dalein, 60 seconds ke liye microwave kar lein (beech mein check karte rahen), phir mix kar lein.
-Milk aur cooking oil dalein aur mix kar lein, side par rakh den. (Chocolate sauce 4 servings ke liye kafi hai.)
Assembling
-Serving bowl mein chocolate cake cubes ki layer dalein, phir chocolate sauce pour karen.
-Yeh steps dobara repeat karen aur serve karen.
